The Gospel of God is all about Jesus Christ, and there is no other gospel. Whatever a person does with the person of Jesus Christ will determine their eternal destiny. The Jewish apostle Paul said this in the book of Romans.
Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God, (Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,) Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh; And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead: (Romans 1:1-4)
This gospel was promised by the very prophets of God, and it concerns his Son, Jesus Christ. The resurrection of Christ was powerful proof, that this person Jesus Christ, was in fact the Son of God, the one of whom the prophets foretold.
And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are witnesses of these things. And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high. (Luke 24:44-49)
The words above were spoken by Jesus Christ to his closest followers, after he rose from the dead. Jesus mentioned the law of Moses, the prophets and the Psalms, and he said that it all had to do with him. He was opening up their understanding, so that they would see that the scriptures and him are in full agreement. Then he went on to say that the message he wanted them to preach was one of repentance and remission (removal) of sins in his name. Where was that message to begin? Right there at Jerusalem. The message was to go to the Jew first and then outward to the nations. That message has not changed one drop since the very day when Christ spoke those words. The message is salvation in Jesus Christ or damnation without him. That same Jesus spoke also spoke these words after he rose from the dead.
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. (Mark 16:15-16)
Folks, that is so clear that a child could understand it, and it was meant to be that way. The Jewish apostle Paul understood the Gospel and he also made it clear that the gospel would go to the Jew first, and he was not ashamed to say that either.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. (Romans 1:16-17)
The Jewish apostle Paul was formerly a great persecutor and an absolute tyrant, to those people who believed in Jesus Christ. Some of those faithful Christians were put to death with his full approval! (Acts 26:9-11) That is not a light thing ladies and gentlemen. Prior to his conversion, Paul truly thought that he was serving God, but he was in direct opposition to him. After his conversion to Christ, Paul preached the very faith, which he once destroyed! (Galatians 1:23) and immediately the Jewish unbelievers sought to kill him. (Acts 9:20-24) When Jesus walked this earth it was evident that the majority of Jewish people at the time of Christ did not receive him (John 1:11) and Jesus was constantly in confrontations with them. They had the scriptures for sure, but they did not understand them according to Jesus Christ. Listen to what what Jesus said to them:
Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life. I receive not honour from men. But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you. I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. (John 5:39-43)
Jesus was basically telling them that they had the scriptures, and those same scriptures prophesied of him, and yet they would not come to him, and receive eternal life. The apostle John wrote this concerning those who believe and those who do not believe in Christ.
He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. (1 John 5:10-12)
As you read this article here, you are either a believer in Jesus Christ, with the witness of the Holy Spirit, and you have eternal life in Christ, or you are an unbeliever in Jesus Christ without eternal life. It is that simple and it is that clear. The scripture also tells us that those who do not receive this testimony that God gave of his Son, Jesus, make God to be a liar. That also is very clear and straightforward. For nearly two thousand years people by the millions have trusted Jesus Christ, and have thus received eternal life, while people by the billions have refused the counsel of the scriptures, and have thus have received damnation.
THE SCOFIELD STUDY BIBLE AND THE GOSPEL ADD-ON
Many modern day preachers and teachers have been influenced and deceived by false teachers such as C.I. Scofield, who is famous for the Scofield Study Bible, and have come up with a Gospel add-on which focuses on ethnic Israel. Many brainwashed preachers, and Pastors, have intimidated millions, (and brainwashed them also) by telling them that they must bless ethnic Israel in order to be blessed, or they will be under a curse. They will go so far as to declare that the USA is a blessed country, only because it has blessed modern day Israel. Sorry folks but my Bible tells me that I am already blessed through faith in Jesus Christ. Jesus described the people that are blessed. (Matthew 5:3-12) That list includes, the meek, (Matthew 5:5) the merciful, (Matthew 5:7) and the peacemakers, (Matthew 5:9). My Bible tells me that the Lord is going to prepare a mansion (John 14:1-3) for me, so that I may be with him, and Jesus NEVER told me that I needed to BLESS people who outright REJECT HIM as LORD! Not only that, but JESUS told me that HE was the only way to get there! (John 14:6) That same Jesus NEVER sounded like he was PARTIAL to any one place in this world either. When the rulers interrogated Jesus, he said this:
Pilate answered, Am I a Jew? Thine own nation and the chief priests have delivered thee unto me: what hast thou done? Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice. (John 18:35-37)
Did you hear what Jesus said there? He said that every one that is OF THE TRUTH heareth HIS VOICE! The Kingdom of God is NOT of this world ladies and gentlemen. It is a SPIRITUAL KINGDOM, and a person will NOT enter into that Kingdom unless they come through JESUS CHRIST! Keep those scriptures in mind the next time you support war either over in the Middle East or anywhere else in the world. Not only that, but I know that the very gospel that I believe, is available to every Jewish and Gentile person in Israel, and every other nation in the world also. All people who reject Jesus Christ are under a curse according to the Bible! The Law of God absolutely silences any man or woman from justifying themselves before God!
Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. (Romans 3:19-20)
Jesus Christ came to redeem us from the curse of the law, which shows us all to be sinners, and guilty in his sight!
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: (Galatians 3:13)
I am as blessed as can be because of what Jesus Christ did on the cross for me. I have been reconciled back to God and have peace through the blood of the cross. (Colossians 1:20) In fact I would be in direct OPPOSITION to Jesus Christ if I lend my support to ethnic Israel, who are of an ‘antichrist spirit’ according to John, one of the closest followers of Christ. John wrote a Gospel account, the book of Revelation and several letters also which became scripture. I choose to obey the Spirit of truth and take heed to the warning that my faithful brother John preached. Here are the verses of scripture that warn about that ‘antichrist spirit.’
Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. (1 John 2:18)
Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. (1 John 2:22)
And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. (1 John 4:3)
For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. (2 John 1:7)
Keep those scriptures in mind as you pledge your unquestionable support to ethnic Israel. You may just find yourself battling against Jesus Christ whom you claim to serve. The Bible declares that a true believer has been transferred into the kingdom of God by faith in Jesus Christ. That is what the people of Israel need to do also. They must repent and believe the Gospel of Christ in order to enter into that kingdom of God! (Mark 1:15)
Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: (Colossians 1:12-13)
Considering the fact that the kingdom of God is a spiritual kingdom, it is high time for people to break free of the cult of so called ‘Christian’ Zionism.’ The true Jesus Christ has taken the kingdom from unbelieving Israel, because of their rejection of him, and that is why he gave the parable of the vineyard. (Matthew 21:33-46) Jesus also said that he would give the kingdom, to another nation, and that nation is made up of Jewish and Gentile people who BELIEVE in Jesus Christ! (1Peter 2:9-10 ) As a born again, Bible believing Christian, I belong to THAT nation, which the Jewish apostle Peter spoke about. I will not support those who oppose the very Lamb of God, and my sweet Jesus, who was slain for my sins, who shed his precious BLOOD for me on the cross, and I hope that you will not either. How could I support a group of people who reject him as the Messiah and the Son of God? If you have been seduced by that false teaching, please run as fast as you can from those who teach that! If you want to BLESS Israel, then tell them that they need to repent and believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ, just like everyone else!
For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement. (Romans 5:6-11)
The people of the world, including those who reside in the modern day State of Israel, who reject Christ would be considered ungodly according to the Jewish apostle Paul. According to the scriptures, the absolute love of God is available to every person, Jewish or Gentile, as much as it was to the apostle Paul. But should a person, Jewish or Gentile, reject the mercy which God offers to them, then they would NOT be justified or reconciled in God’s sight, but they would continue to be his enemy.
