I am going to address the truth about Israel and their continued rejection of Jesus as the Christ (Messiah), for almost 2000 years! I am writing this because we are living in a day when Christians by the millions have been hoodwinked, and brainwashed, into supporting those who clearly proclaim that Jesus Christ is a FALSE Messiah, and certainly NOT the Son of God. Folks this is very important because that was the exact same attitude that the Jewish people had when Jesus Christ himself preached to the Jews when he walked this Earth . . . In this article I am going to take a look at some of the words that Jesus spoke to the Jewish people then, and I assure you that those same words still hold true today. I will also take a look at other scriptures that will agree with the words of Jesus Christ so that God’s Word may be confirmed in the hearts of truth seekers! There was an evil Zionistic attitude all the way back then in the unbelieving Jewish people who outright hated Jesus Christ, and that attitude is still prevalent in our own time. As adamant as the unbelieving Jews were against Jesus Christ then, so adamant was Jesus Christ in his words and warnings to them, encouraging them all to “repent and believe the Gospel.” (Mark 1:15)
Jesus Christ: His Own Jewish People Rejected Him
In the following Bible scripture it is made ever so clear, that the Lord Jesus Christ was rejected by the majority of Jewish people. On the other hand those who DID receive and accept Jesus Christ, had the ability and authority to become children of God by faith.
He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: (John 1:11-12)
Here we are almost 2000 years later and the same still stands true over in the modern day State of Israel, with the majority of Jews still rejecting Jesus without compromise!
Jesus Christ: Jews Reject Eternal Life In HIM
The Jewish people have their Torah, and they meet in their synagogues, and they read their scriptures, BUT they still reject Jesus Christ who told them that their scriptures testified about HIM as the promised Messiah!
And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape. And ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he hath sent, him ye believe not. Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life. (John 5:37-40)
This goes to show you that you can read the scriptures until you turn purple and still not know the TRUE and LIVING God! Jesus flat out rebuked the Jewish people for their obstinate, and rebellious ways against him and his word. Jesus offered ETERNAL LIFE to his own Jewish people, but THEY REFUSED to RECEIVE HIM, constantly derided him, and REFUSED his counsel. In the book of Acts there is a biblical confirmation to what is written above.
Men and brethren, children of the stock of ABRAHAM, and whosoever among you feareth GOD, to you is THE WORD of this SALVATION sent. For they that dwell at JERUSALEM, and their rulers, because they KNEW HIM NOT, nor yet the VOICES OF THE PROPHETS which are read every SABBATH day, they have FULFILLED them in condemning him. And though they found NO CAUSE OF DEATH IN HIM, yet desired they Pilate that he SHOULD BE SLAIN. And when they had FULFILLED all that was WRITTEN OF HIM, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a sepulchre. But GOD raised him FROM THE DEAD: (Acts 13:26-30)
The Jewish apostle Paul spoke the words above, and he was formerly numbered among the UNBELIEVING Jews who absolutely detested Jesus Christ! Paul was converted and he became one of the most fiery preachers of the Gospel that ever walked the Earth! Every Jewish person must be converted and become a believer in Jesus Christ, or they will NEVER have eternal life, and they will NEVER see Heaven!
Jesus Christ: My Kingdom Is NOT Of This World
Jesus Christ told the Jewish Ruler Nicodemus that he needed to experience the New Birth, better known as being “born again” of the Spirit of God!
That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. (John 3:6-7)
Every Jewish person (and all Gentiles) must be born again of the Spirit or they will NEVER enter the Kingdom of God, and ultimately Heaven. Every person in this world of ours was born physically (of the flesh) into this world, but they must also be “born again” spiritually to enter the true Kingdom of God! This is where the rubber meets the road. The Jewish people somehow believe that they are God’s chosen people, even though they reject the Son whom he sent to them! That is called spiritual insanity! The Lord Jesus Christ is the great equalizer and he let them know that they needed to be born again just like every body else!
Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice. (John 18:36-37)
Now there is a scripture to meditate on is it not? Jesus Christ declared that his kingdom was not of this world, and that would also include the State of Israel over in the Middle East would it not? Was Jesus more interested in a PHYSICAL piece of land or was he interested in the souls of the Jewish people who lived there?
The Apostle Paul: True ISRAEL Of God ACCEPTS Jesus Christ
If a Jewish person rejects the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, then it is IMPOSSIBLE for them to be counted among the people in the true “Israel of God!”
But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature. And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God. (Galatians 6:14-16)
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. (2 Corinthians 5:17)
If a person truly has the Holy Spirit within them, then every fiber of their being will shout and testify about Jesus Christ. They will also have a concern for their loved ones and friends who do not know the Lord because they will understand and know that they are lost and on their way to an eternal hell! True LOVE will warn those who do not know the Lord!
Jesus To Jews: If God Were Your Father YOU Would Love Me
The following passage of scripture is one of the clearest in the Bible regarding the person of Jesus Christ. Do you love Jesus Christ and believe his words? Do you believe that he was sent here to redeem your sinful soul? Do you believe that Jesus is the only way to Heaven? (John 14:6, Acts 4:10-12) If NOT, then God cannot possibly be your Father at all according to Jesus Christ himself!
They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham’s children, ye would do the works of Abraham. But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham. Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God. Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me. Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. (John 8:39-44)
Once again, Jesus flat out told the unbelieving Jewish people that God was NOT their Father! He told them that they would have LOVED him, if God were in fact their Father! Can you imagine that? And yet today there are many so called “anointed” Christian leaders that allow UNSAVED Jewish people to preach, and address their congregations! That is absolutely incredible, (and demonic) but it goes to show you that there is certainly a great apostasy in the land today!
Those who refuse to believe that Jesus Christ was sent from Heaven above, and that he is in truth, the Son of God, and the Messiah, are of anti-Christ spirit according to the scriptures. Perhaps you are a Christian who has been enticed in these last days by the “Christian Zionism” type preachers who attempt to instill a fear in you if you disagree with their false theology. Do not worry at all, because the scriptures will back those who honor Jesus Christ and him alone in the last day. You SHOULD be afraid of becoming entangled with that Judaizing spirit which has enveloped millions of Christians in these last days though. You may find yourself working hand in hand with the system of antichrist!
Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ (Messiah)? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. (1 John 2:22)
And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. (1 John 4:3)
For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. (2 John 1:7)
He that believeth on him (Jesus) is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (John 3:18)
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (John 3:36)
Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen. And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. (Mark 16:14-16)
