I would like to talk with you today on the topic of propaganda as it relates to the well known Roman Catholic figure “Mother Teresa.” The first question that I would like to put before you is this: Did “Mother Teresa” preach the gospel of Jesus Christ which was “once delivered to the saints.”?

“Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.”  Jude 1:3

The Gospel which was “once delivered to the saints”, was a gospel which taught that Jesus Christ was the only way of salvation. The Jewish apostle Peter put it this way:

“Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”  Acts 4:10-12

Peter made it very clear that Jesus Christ was the only name by which a person might be saved. Friends we are talking about eternity here, and we are talking about Heaven or Hell here also. There is no “Plan B” in God’s plan of salvation either. After the Lord Jesus Christ rose from the dead he told his followers the following things:

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.”  Mark 16:15-16

“And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.”  Luke 24:44-47

Please keep in mind that those words were spoken by the Lord Jesus Christ AFTER he suffered a brutal and bloody death upon the cross, and AFTER he rose from the dead.  You can rest assured that his words came with authority, because he fulfilled exactly what he said would happen. Here is what the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of Man, told them before he was killed, as recorded in the different gospel accounts:

“From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day.”  Matthew 16:21

“And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.”  Mark 8:31

“Saying, The Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be slain, and be raised the third day.”  Luke 9:22

The Lord Jesus Christ also told his followers that he was the only way to Heaven:

And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know. Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”  John 14:3-6

Question: Did “Mother Teresa” preach the gospel of Jesus Christ?

Did “Mother Teresa” tell the people who were near death on the streets of India, that Jesus Christ was the only way to Heaven? (John 14:6, Acts 4:10-12) Did “Mother Teresa” tell the homeless people on the streets of India that they would die in their sins without Jesus Christ? (John 3:16-18, 8:24) Here is a compilation of some of “Mother Teresa’s quotes from the Way of Life Literature site.

In the biography Mother Teresa: Her People and Her Work, she is quoted by Desmond Doig as follows: “If in coming face to face with God we accept Him in our lives, then we … become a better Hindu, a better Muslim, a better Catholic, a better whatever we are … What God is in your mind you must accept.”

The April 7-13, 1990, issue of Radio Times told the story of Mother Teresa sheltering an old Hindu priest. “She nursed him with her own hands and helped him to die reconciled with his own gods.”

When Mother Teresa died, her longtime friend and biographer Naveen Chawla said that he once asked her bluntly, “Do you convert?” She replied, “Of course I convert. I convert you to be a better Hindu or a better Muslim or a better Protestant. Once you’ve found God, it’s up to you to decide how to worship him” (“Mother Teresa Touched other Faiths,” Associated Press, Sept. 7, 1997).

In 1984 we discovered that Mother Teresa’s Missionaries of Charity nuns in Nepal teach Hindus to trust in their own gods. In November of that year my wife and I conducted a taped interview with Sister Ann of the Missionaries of Charity in Kathmandu. She was working with aged Hindus who lived in a temple area in the city and were waiting to die by Nepal’s “holiest” river, believing that they would gain spiritual benefits for doing so.

I asked, “Do you believe if the Hindus die believing in Shiva or Ram they will go to heaven.”

Ann replied: “Yes, that is their faith. My own faith will lead me to my God, no? So if they have believed in their god very strongly, if they have faith, surely they will be saved.”

I asked, “You do not believe they are lost, right?”

Ann replied: “No, they are not lost. They are saved according to their faith. If they believe whatever they believe that is their salvation.” [Way of Life Literature]

The people of Islam do not even believe that God has a Son, so how can they possibly be SAVED if the scriptures teach us that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation.

How can a person have eternal life if it is found in the Son of God, when the people of Islam do not even believe that God has a Son?  Here are some quotes from the KORAN of ISLAM:

“The Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary, was no more than God’s apostle . . .God is but one God. GOD FORBID THAT HE SHOULD HAVE A SON!” (4:171)

Those who say: “The Lord of Mercy has begotten a son, preach a monstrous falsehood, at which the very heavens might crack . . .” (19:88)

“God forbid that He Himself should beget a son!” (19:29)

“Praise be to God who has never begotten a son; who has no partner in His Kingdom . . .” (17:111)

“God has begotten a son. ‘God forbid! Self-sufficient is He.! (10:68)

“If the Lord of Mercy had a son, I would be the first to worship him.” (43:72-81)

The real Jesus Christ made it very clear that salvation was found in him alone. He made it very clear that people who believed in him would be SAVED, and those who did not would be DAMNED! (Mark 16:15-16) Keep in mind that Jesus Christ created all things (John 1:1-3, Genesis 1:1, Isaiah 44:24), and he is the very one who will judge us all on Judgment Day! Do you really believe that God sent “Mother Teresa” to preach a message that people can be saved in different religions? Who is telling the truth here? Is it Jesus Christ or is it “Mother Teresa”? Whose report will you believe dear reader? Will you believe the Vatican Gospel or the Gospel of Jesus Christ?

The Hindu people worship millions of “gods” which contradicts the gospel of Jesus Christ. So did “Mother Teresa” preach the gospel of Jesus Christ? The answer is no!  Mother Teresa totally contradicted the words of Jesus Christ himself, and the words of Peter also, whom the Catholics claim as their first Pope! Not only that but “Mother Teresa” is on the road to becoming a Roman Catholic “Saint” and the Catholics will be praying to her like the rest of their “Saints.”

The word propaganda is defined as follows: The systematic propagation of a doctrine or cause or of information reflecting the views and interests of those advocating such a doctrine or cause. [The Free Dictionary]

Friends this is nothing more than Roman Catholic propaganda, and it has been going on for many centuries. Mother Teresa did not preach the gospel of Jesus Christ at all, because she was raised up in a system which preaches a counterfeit gospel. The propaganda machine of Rome is as vibrant as it has always been. The current Pope Francis is constantly in the headlines, holding up little children or laying his hands upon them, and he looks like the nicest man in the world. Do not be fooled by that folks because that same Pope said nothing to help the Protestant Christians in Chiapas, Mexico who were tossed into jails after they refused to convert to Roman Catholicism. The Pope was riding around in his Popemobile in Chiapas, Mexico, the  very same town where the true born-again believers were taken from their homes, and tossed into jail! That is exactly what the wicked church of Rome did during the inquisition, when people rejected her false teachings.

Those precious, suffering families in Chiapas, Mexico, had all of their property confiscated also. Why didn’t the mainstream media have that story in their headlines? Why didn’t the “anointed” and famous preachers in the good old USA rise up and say something? There is an article in the April 16, 2015 edition of the Washington Post which clearly illustrates my point.  In that article the Pope is calling for compassion, and there is an image of him holding a small child, which will certainly evoke strong emotions from the reader, but that same Pope showed ZERO compassion to the precious families in Chiapas, Mexico who refused his Roman Catholic religion. Do not be fooled folks. I speak as a former Roman Catholic who was set free from that monstrous deception. The church of Rome knows how to play the propaganda game very well. Do you remember when William Randolph Hearst, the Roman Catholic publishing magnate, “puffed Graham” in 1949?

The newspaper magnate William Randolph Hearst instructed his editors to “puff Graham” by covering his crusade favorably and often. Graham made banner headlines and soon landed on the cover of Time magazine. The popularity of his Los Angeles crusade and the positive media treatment propelled him into the American mainstream.[God In America-PBS]

Christian ministers throughout the world have continued in their “puffing of Billy Graham” despite his unbelievable antics in working with the church of Rome. Whose report do you believe? Will you take Jesus Christ at his word, or will you take the words of Billy Graham? Billy Graham once referred to the Roman Catholic churches as one of the “three greatest menaces in the world.” It was not long before Billy Graham was shouting the praises of Rome and her Popes. That is exactly how Satan works, and few ever seem to notice. The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association still uses Roman Catholics as counsellors at their crusades, or “festivals” as the son Franklin calls them. If a Roman Catholic comes up to get “saved” they are referred back to their Roman Catholic church. Billy Graham bought the rights to “Halley’s Bible Handbook” after Henry Halley died. Billy Graham then removed all of the warnings about the wicked church of Rome from his Crusade Edition” of the handbook in the early 1960’s. Mrs Halley said that her late husband would have never allowed that to happen, because he spent years working on those chapters. The Vatican knows a good “investment” when they see it, and Billy Graham has worked wonders for the church of Rome. Did you know that if a Jewish person comes up to the altar for salvation, that they are also referred back to their own Jewish synagogue, which rejects the person of Jesus Christ. Can you imagine the Jewish apostle Paul or any of the other disciples sending converts back to their unbelieving synagogues?
