There is no question in my mind that the recent trips by Pope Francis to Cuba and the United States, were nothing more than the usual run of the mill Roman Catholic propaganda. As a former Roman Catholic myself, I look at Jorge Bergoglio (Pope Francis) as just another Roman Catholic who needs to get saved. Before the Pope returned to the Vatican he entrusted the USA to “Mother Mary”, the patron saint of the United States. I did not realize that the Catholic church made “Mother Mary” the patron saint of America in the 1800’s after some Catholic bishops got together. He also commended the care of Cuba into the hands of Mary. All the way back in March of 2013, Pope Francis asked “all Jesuits” to entrust him “to the loving protection of Mary.” The Roman Catholic Pope Francis continues on in the tradition of the Roman Catholic church, with their adulation and idolatrous worship of Mary. In the following quote from the Vatican Information Service (from March 2013), the Roman Catholic Pope Francis desired the PROTECTION of MARY (not the Lord Jesus Christ).
“With these sentiments I ask all Jesuits to pray for me and entrust me to the loving protection of Mary, our Mother in Heaven, while, as a pledge of abundant heavenly favours, I impart with special fondness my Apostolic Blessing, which I also extend to all those who work with the Society of Jesus in their activities, benefit from their good works, and partake of their spirituality.” [Vatican City, 23 March 2013 (VIS)]
Folks that is downright scary! The Roman Catholic Pope stated that Mary was his mother in Heaven, and I know that Catholic lingo because I also was a Roman Catholic at one time. I too prayed my “Hail Mary’s” by the hundreds, and thousands but I did not know the Lord Jesus Christ. When I was truly born again of the Spirit, I stopped praying to Mary and other “Roman Catholic saints” because the Holy Spirit of truth showed me that Jesus was the only mediator that I needed! I knew by the Spirit of the living God, that Mary played absolutely no part in my salvation at all! I formerly prayed countless “Hail Mary” prayers asking her to “pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death” but then I GOT SAVED, and I knew that my prayers were demonic to the very core! The Lord showed me that not even ONE single “Hail Mary” prayer was ever heard by the real Mary.
The Roman Catholic Pope is USURPING the AUTHORITY of the HOLY SPIRIT by pointing his followers to “Mother Mary,” when the Spirit of truth will always point you to JESUS CHRIST and HIM alone! The Roman Catholic Pope is USURPING the AUTHORITY of the HOLY SPIRIT by telling his followers that they need to go “through Mary” as a “Mediatrix”, when the scriptures tell us JESUS CHRIST is the ONLY MEDIATOR.
When the Spirit of the LIVING GOD enters into the life of a believer, HE testifies about Jesus Christ, and NOT Mary! Once again I am speaking as a FORMER Roman Catholic who prayed the rosary, lit my candles etc . . . The Holy Spirit is called the COMFORTER, and he will bring you COMFORT! He will not leave you wondering whether you prayed enough “Hail Mary” prayers to “Mother Mary” as I was taught. The Holy Spirit is also called the Spirit of TRUTH, and HE is the one who pulled me out from the deception of the Roman Catholic system. The following three passages of scripture were spoken by Jesus Christ himself:
“And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another COMFORTER, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the SPIRIT OF TRUTH; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and SHALL BE IN YOU.” John 14:16-17
“Howbeit when he, the SPIRIT OF TRUTH, is come, he will guide you into ALL TRUTH: for he shall NOT speak of HIMSELF; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall GLORIFY ME: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.” John 16:13-14
“But when the COMFORTER is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the SPIRIT OF TRUTH, which proceedeth from the Father, HE shall TESTIFY of ME:” John 15:26
The following four passages of scripture will show you that it is CHRIST alone who you need, without any need for Mary at all.
For there is ONE GOD, and ONE mediator between GOD and men, the man CHRIST JESUS; (1 Timothy 2:5)
“Who is he that CONDEMNETH? It is CHRIST that DIED, yea rather, that is RISEN AGAIN, who is even at the right hand of GOD, who also MAKETH INTERCESSION for US.” Romans 8:34
“JESUS saith unto him, I AM the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE: no man cometh unto the Father, BUT BY ME.” John 14:6
“And this is the record, that GOD hath given to us ETERNAL LIFE, and this LIFE is in HIS SON. He that hath the SON hath LIFE; and he that hath NOT the SON of GOD hath NOT LIFE. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the SON of GOD; that ye may know that ye have ETERNAL LIFE, and that ye may believe on the name of the SON of GOD.” 1 John 5:11-13
When I read stuff like this about the Roman Catholic church it totally gives me the creeps, and I am so thankful that the Lord saved me when he did! You can read my testimony on the top of this website, as I testify how I came out from the deception of the Roman Catholic system. I will say what I have been saying since I got saved in 1989. Friends there is a great delusion in the land, and most pastors will not utter a single word against the false system of Roman Catholicism. Many of those pastors are so linked up, and hooked up, with other major leaders who cavort with Rome, that they do not want to rock the boat. They do not want to ruin their “image” perhaps because they would not be invited to speak at other gatherings.
They allow their own congregations to sit in darkness regarding these things, and deprive them of important information. The Roman Catholic people need to be born again, not by being baptized as a little infant (which they teach), but by the preaching of the incorruptible word of God, which Peter spoke about!
Being BORN AGAIN, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the WORD OF GOD, which LIVETH and abideth FOR EVER. For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: But the WORD of the LORD ENDURETH FOR EVER. And this is the WORD which by the GOSPEL is PREACHED unto you. (1 Peter 1:23-25)
I believe that many of the modern day pastors are merely puppets of the modern day society. They have joined hands with Rome, and they will even declare the Catholic church to be a genuine Christian church. The only problem with that though, is that they have to totally disregard the scriptures in order to make that statement. The handwriting is on the wall and the true church is being sold down the river, by fake media hungry, and money loving preachers. Listen to this warning from Jesus Christ himself.
Beware of FALSE PROPHETS, which come to you in SHEEP’S CLOTHING, but INWARDLY they are RAVENING WOLVES. (Matthew 7:15)
