In a book entitled “The Glories Of Mary” by St Alphonsus Liguori it tells us that a BIRD actually called upon Mary (the mother of Jesus) and averted an attack from a hawk! Here is an excerpt from that book here.
“Bernard de Bustis relates that a bird was taught to say ‘Hail Mary’ A hawk was on the point of seizing it, when the bird cried out ‘Hail Mary!’ in an instant the hawk fell dead. I am a former Roman Catholic and I used to pray the rosary, which are primarily Hail Mary prayers. But then I was born again of the Spirit and I came out from the deception of Roman Catholicism. Many others have been delivered from that same system, but very few are willing to speak out against it. I believe that the modern day ‘church’ is the reason for that fear. The Trinity Broadcasting Network website actually promotes and sells Roman Catholic books, including the book ‘The Glories Of Mary’ mentioned above. TBN is the largest ‘Christian” television network in the world, and yet very few Pastors will utter a word about things such as this. I believe that we are living in an hour where much of the church is filled with what Jesus called ‘hirelings’ or hired hands. (John 10:11-14) Many of today’s leaders are merely PUPPETS of the ‘established church’ and they dare not speak out, or they will be out of a job. Jesus is the good shepherd and he cares for the sheep. Those who remain SILENT, so as to avoid controversy or to save their own job, ought not to be a Pastor or a preacher for that matter. Many of the modern day church leaders, and ‘famous’ Pastors, are incredibly SLICK in how they avoid getting involved in issues like this, BUT I believe the Lord Jesus Christ is going to deal with that very soon. I encourage you to pray and seek the Lord about things such as this, for we are living in a day of great apostasy, and the fact that HUGE television ministries such as TBN can skate by without a REBUKE from the so called ‘ANOINTED MINISTERS’ reveals much about the source of their anointing.
